Management and everyone else is very hostile. The patient and clients are not their priority. Everyone is always looking to throw someone else under the bus to make themselves seem better, hoping to get a raise or promotion.

After being acquired and them forcing One Optum - they brought in staff from other countries and laid off many long term employees. Now as we are getting ready for a huge EHR transition, they cut supervisory positions and IT support.
