The benefits and compensation are nice. It's a big organization so you can move around.

Cons

There are 350,000 employees at Optum but it is top heavy. There are 3 managers for every employee that isn't useless. When they figure out you're smart then they overload you with work. And the people that don't work get a free pass and get to enjoy their vacations.
