Pros

Hybrid work policy Ahima certification Advanced technology

Cons

Micro management -its like living under the microscope, even if u make a single error everyone in management will know like upto top level management with follow up of multiple questions, Work politics , Pressure , Overlapping of both optum and episource work policy , Favourism, Pressure on everything not only production/ quality but in everything like break timing , login logout timing. They will say flexible timing but have to login early , no matter how early u login u have to work late. U will monitored and questioned by multiple leads ( apart from ur project and team lead) Other tls also expects you to response and share every day to day details. You will not get recognised if u work honestly.
