      PTO after 5 years of employment

      Cons

      No progressive movement up to further your career. Contract employees hired for more per hour than long term current employees.

      Pros

      Very organized. Positive work environment. Great training and education support.

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime during the holidays and flu season so I’ve had to work from home even when I was really sick because unplanned days off even if you are sick is frowned upon. Difficult to get approved to use PTO from September through January. Worked there for more than half a decade and my average pay increase per year was 25 cents, which lags far behind the inflation rate meaning every year I worked there I actually got paid less.
