Pros

Can’t think of any reason

Cons

Work/task keeps adding up but the salary /merit never matches the hard work the nurses do. Workflow is still a mess after 4 years Leadership does not really know how to lead the frontline nurses.

Pros

Salary, open to remote, health benefits are great, 9 - 5 most of the time (no crazy hours). PTOs.

Cons

Complex monolithic legacy application, difficult to maintain, even more difficult to migrate. Extremely long meeting hours, lot of calls and chats, very little time to code. Documentation sometimes is null, you spend hours debugging and looking for help.
