Pros

A great supervisor, terrific co-workers, the management team are very supportive, the schedule is flexible so if you have to take off during the week for a medical appointment or such you can work some hours earlier or later in the day or on Saturday. Some overtime opportunities, emphasis on mental health and self-care.

Cons

The company is not keeping wages up with the inflation rate.

Pros

- Management actively listens to staff suggestions & takes complaints seriously - Cross-training is widely available and encouraged - Scheduling is flexible and reasonable if you explain your circumstances - Secured facility with no direct patient contact - You're empowered to make independent decisions in the best interest of the communities we serve - Lots of overtime both voluntary and mandatory - Quarterly bonuses for your individual performance if you exceed your numbers which is very attainable so long as you stay focused - Free coffee & filtered water

Cons

- Gossip and drama among certain teams runs rampant - Lots of overtime both voluntary and mandatory - Strict repercussions for medication errors (However* there are plenty of safety checks in place. You'd have to go out of your way to mess up someone's prescription) - Weekly software updates that can be stressful to work around - Frequent procedural changes that can be confusing if you're not well versed on how the pharmacy systems operate
