Pros

Nice salary, good benefits, and helpful coworkers.

Cons

You are watched like a hawk. Expect a call from your manager if the software installed on your computer doesn’t detect movement for 30 seconds. You are just a number. My whole team was let go during a Webex meeting where we were all muted as part of a large layoff. We weren’t allowed to ask questions and once we got off the call our manager had no idea it was even happening.

No opportunity for advancement, nepotism, upper management doesn't listen to input, extremely poor merit increases, salary not competitive with market rate. No appreciation of hardwork. Poor communication, hostile environment, manager constantly changing processes and give contradicting directions then dumping more work
