Pros

- Work from home - Company provides all equipment needed to work from home — internet/ business line. - Flexible in most cases.

Cons

- MANDATORY overtime for the last 11 months - Forced to use PTO on days you call out; along with you having to use your PTO, they give you an attendance point.

Pros

You're always busy, able to work from home

Cons

You're overworked, there are no interim bonuses like it was years ago. 2 to 3% increase in the spring. Constant change, if you express how you have entirely too much work, you're encouraged to continue with a smile on your face. The only way out is to resign or COMPLETELY CHANGE departments, which is impossible. I do not recommend working as an admin.
