Pros

The holidays and fundraisers for our holiday parties are great. Co-workers are always nice. Nice place to gain a lot of experience.

Cons

Higher ups in really care about numbers and don't really listen to your input about trying to get the office flowing nicely. They keep trying to change things to see if things will get better numbers but less output is being given to the employees to try to keep up the good work.

Pros

Well-organized company, salary is somewhat competitive with current market

Cons

Medical benefits (HDHP) are not good. ER visits need to be pre-approved for own employees and lawsuits waiting to happen. HR is terrible at promoting, no opportunity for growth. Too much micromanagement and care more about numbers than quality of care.
