Manager power trips

Pros

People are ok some better than others but not if they think they are in charge of something. Mostly got along with others that weren’t in my department.

Cons

Female bosses have huge power trips I guess they have to prove they are better by not lifting others up. I don’t know but seems the female bosses have huge egos! Funny how they all started at the bottom and moved up only because they knew someone. Forget ever getting a raise either!

Pros

They pay for your hotel, mileage, and per diem. They're reliable and offer a ton of grade training. They're a huge company with opportunity for advancement.

Cons

There is a lot of travel, and the company is so big that they have trouble enforcing their wonderful company culture on a nationwide scale, creating inconsistent leadership. Also, you have to stay at your current position for at least a year before moving up or to another position.
