Company culture seems amazing according to exec management emails and training but in reality the culture condones empire building and silo mentality behind closed doors. Expected to know and implement new tech with no formal training. Management makes decisions then requires team to be accountable for those decisions. Job requirements change without discussion with employees and employees are expected to do the new jobs that they are not trained for. Frequently our team is told if we are not happy with things then we can leave.
