Pros

Remote work from home, pay, some benefits

Long work days. Employees are promoted and given leadership positions based on who they know not true merits. Your experience will also depend on your manager.

Not a place for a career

Pros

Great coworkers lower than managers, get to interact with patients

Cons

Awful management, take on more than your position requires, no support from upper supervisors, upper management expects more from you than the capacity you can maintain because they aren't on the floor and know what it all entails, managers always in meetings, get called in on your day off, poor salary
