      Pros

      There's a variety daily tasks to complete so you're not stuck doing the same exact thing over and over, day in day out.

      Cons

      A LOT of Gossip Lack on discretion with sensitive topics. (I'd recommend being cautious with what personal information you share with coworkers AND management. Seems like personal discussions have a way of circulating the facility to the point whereas entire team(s) know whats been shared.) Short notices for overtime.

      Great group of coworkers and the (almost) flexible telecommute policy. Work felt important.

      Cons

      Management for the COB department was VERY poor. Loved my job for the most part mainly bc of my coworkers, the hours, and bc the work felt important. HAD to leave bc of C&S managers. One manager was never there, leaving the other who didn't care to pick up everything. Lots of layoffs at the end of the last year which left the remaining employees struggling to pick up the workload. Management does not listen to employees when it comes to improvement (probably because they are never there). The addition of new systems makes the employees work harder rather than smarter. Low employee moral because of layoffs and lost bonuses. If you care about your mental health, do not apply here.

      Constantly changing expectations, very scripted calls, micromanaged, poor managers (I hear not all), soul sucking.
