Pros

Stock options was at least decent Technology was always a good thing Scheduling flexibility was definitely a plus Nothing else was good this company sucks

Cons

Family work balance No autonomy Slave driver They will work you to death and then when you request time off they deny your request and tell you that the business needs comes first and foremost. Then when you resign they withhold your check and threaten to send law enforcement to your house for their equipment. They do this in 2021 to African Americans especially knowing the often fatal encounters African Americans have with law enforcement.

Pros

My direct manager cares about work life balance

Cons

Recently purchased by Optum and changes are being made on the fly and the organization is in complete chaos. Raises are hard to come by if ever. Wages are low and stagnant. Long time employees often have to quit wait a year then come back as a new hire in order to make as much as new hires.
