      Flexible work schedule and hours

      Cons

      Contractors / Consultants are hired and fired at will. Management is very unorganized and lacks real leadership / direction. PMO has zero-structure and prioritization of any kind. business leaders and resources just don't work the tasks. Its a can't win situation for formal Project Managers

      Super interesting clinical work, room for growth, competitive pharmacist salary (low tech salary), willing to train, quick clinical support

      Cons

      Understaffed so hard to complete work flow, lots of overtime, constantly on call, difficult to get even sick days off. Heavy corporate influence so impossible to fire people who should be fired.
