Pros

Decent pay and benefits

Cons

Leadership harass and bully employees when they dont like you. Very toxic work culture where if you're not part of the in crowd you are treated like dirt.

Pros

Make your own schedule. No weekends, paid holidays, no call. Monthly bonuses based on performance.

Cons

Sometimes drive a lot. The provider relations (person that assigns your counties to cover) is not pleasant to work with and seems to not like their job. I dread calling or emailing this person and try to avoid them at all costs.

Pros

Lots of intelligent and great people work here.

Cons

The company seems to want to innovate, but seems so hung up on share holder value, that they don't place quiet as much effort into innovation and creating new value as they do at 'extracting value' Growth in many roles is difficult at best due to strange budgeting for in role raises. The company makes it easier to bring in outsiders at better pay rates than to promote from within.
