Pros

1. Flex time 2. Some work from home

Cons

1. Less telecommuting opportunities 2. Considering that parent company (UnitedHealth Group), health insurance offerings are not great compared to some other companies offerings. If you have existing health conditions, you will end up paying more. 3. Open space regardless of your day to day activities requiring no face time (can be loud) 4. No employee loyalty. People are replaced or positions get eliminated due to org changes.

Pros

Company is owned by United Health and has solid backing.

Cons

Vision unknown. Full time employees are treated less than contingent workforce. The term layoff used quite often to justify bringing in contingent workforce.
