Where do I begin! Initially Optum360 had a lot of poor reviews here on Glassdoor which were all eliminated somehow but I’m glad there is a new review here now. Management ( or lack thereof) is very incompetent. Constant unnecessary and unplanned changes resulting in a ton of inefficiencies and stress which cause a very high turn over. Incompetent department director lacking necessary leadership skills. People are promoted not due to their leadership skills but only because they are good at technical stuff ( data analysis department) or simply because they have seniority, this is one of the main reasons why Optum360 and specially data analysis had huge inefficiency issues.
