Cons

High stress environment, angry patients, high call volume, mandatory OT through January and possibly beyond, required work on certain "company holidays", limited options for advancement

Pros

Hard to find any really. If you are mid-career and looking to not be challenged or inspired, it's the place to be.

Cons

Very dull, not very innovative. Work is very unrewarding as consistent reorgs mean your projects typically disappear. The benefits were embarrassing.
