No work life balance. They don’t care what you go going on it’s work over everything. I took the job because I was out of work but I regret it. I wish I would’ve stay on unemployment until something better came. They have mandatory overtime. They make you work on some federal holidays. One Saturday a month. And office hours are horrid 7-7. No flexibility and no growth. This is the most unorganized company I’ve worked for. They wing it for everything with no structure more like let’s try it and see. I never hated a job but this one I despise! If you see PAD at Optum just go the other way.
