Lost direction and weaken leadership. No trust with Emps
Pros
I worked in this organization more than a Decade. 6-8 months back i had no thoughts in my mind to leave the organization, But in last 6-8 months things have changed so drastically by new management and pushing all existing people so hard to move out of organization, i finally had to thought to move out. Considering this point, Optum is not more a company which i joined a Decade back. The situation of uncertainty exists both onshore and Offshore. With new management taking over there is lot of biased with new folks coming in, while pushing existing folks back.. No appreciation neither any support or guidance.
Cons
New management has lost the clear direction where organization should be headed to, just targeting existing employees so that they can pull their people in organization. Highly discouraged and demotivated for employees. Lot of uncertainty among folks for their jobs onshore and offshore both.. and the justification provided is transformation, which they are also not able to explain. Lots and lot of politics involved, where offshore only works on instructions and direction provided by onshore. also if we raise any voice or concerns, we are shut by them or removed from meetings or asked to stay quite.. New leadership joining the organization DONT have any trust on existing employees. So they don't get any trust or respect from employees either. Organization standards and guidelines are being ignored to benefit specific individuals..
