Pros

Less work, not too challenging, plenty of leaves available

Cons

No growth available. If you like solving problems try for their onshore opportunities. No good work is passed on to offshore. Too much office politics. They have a so called buy out policy which is not enforced ever. They will make you serve 90 days notice period against your will. Timings are too off as your are expected to attend calls late in the night with onshore folks. Office facilities are not good including the cafeteria which is very unhygienic. You can see cost cutting everywhere , specially when you are unable to find a chair to sit on because number of seats allocated to your team are less than number of people in team. Internal hikes do not even cover the rate of inflation.
