      Pros

      Flexible schedule and pick your own hours. 401K benefits for part time employees. Meeting new people everyday.

      Cons

      Income not dependable, schedule not full many weeks this summer and therefore not paid. Pay is low for NP wages when you consider each visit takes a minimum of 75 minutes plus drive time. UHG tells members it’s 45-60 minutes for a visit and that virtually is impossible with over 20 pages to complete. Hepatitis C screening just added so visits will now be even longer. Paid about 1/2 NP wage for orientation. Any staff meetings, mandatory training, required learning is paid $10/hr. Position is metrics based and you are penalized if member refuses exam components.

      Amazing place to work but a couple of cons

      Pros

      Flexibility(even before COVID) was great. Was able to work from home for a day or two if I needed to for personal reasons. Now we all currently work remote the company continues to make an effort with employee engagement and keeping their employees connected and informed. A very supportive company that cares about it's employees. Compensation is very good and we're rewarded very well for our efforts.

      Cons

      With any large company lots of red tape - it's not as easy to implement new or different things compared to how easy it might be in a start up. Also lots of organizational/leadership changes. Most of the time they don't have any effect on the day to day but feels like I see an update most weeks at this stage.

      Pros

      Great staff and middle management. Wonderfull enviroment.

      Cons

      One day you walk in and recieve an the eamail saying that you are to join a corporate conference call. After that call you are on your way home to look for a new job.
