Pros

The only pro is the position is remote

Cons

EXTREME micromanagement, supervisors live listening and constantly looking for a reason to tell you to do better. Some supervisors do not respect and act like they can boss you around. They hire you for a position but then change it last minute where you now have to accept a different position or else you are out of a job. LOW PAY, they do not care about employees at all. They make you feel like a robot as they want you to say a lot of scripting and disclaimers. You cant be yourself. They focus on the wrong things for example checking if you are on camera or not when on a meeting instead of focusing on the conversation and the work you need to do. RUN!!!

They love the look of things without actually doing the things

Pros

They truly want you to use your PTO to have a good work/life balance. They have pretty good PTO.

Cons

They want their employees (who also are the customers of their insurance) to believe they are doing everything for the health of their clients. If you have the insurance, you know different. So they constantly try to gaslight you. They might start you on a decent wage but your raise will always lack. 1% is very common for meeting expectations

Pros

Remote work, learning focused on new technologies, great people to work with and honestly, most of the people really are trying to improve healthcare for everyone.

Cons

Lots of acquisitions causes lots of layoffs. Current trend is offshoring tech jobs but likely more areas will follow and more H1B visa after newest regulations. More of upper management is now from India so trend is likely to increase more offshoring. Other jobs are being offshored to Philippines or Ireland. But if you are really skilled and not paid too much you will likely get or keep your job.
