There is no room for career advancement here. Whenever someone leaves, their responsibilities are simply added to your workload without hiring a replacement. This results in consistently working beyond your pay grade.

Remote work, wonderful colleagues, excellent orientation, and access to extensive development opportunities

Cons

Lack of integrity among senior leadership, especially CEO. He disallowed merit increases in 2024 for levels 30 and higher, while he himself enjoyed a salary of almost 24 million. Recent layoffs were targeted to employees with longer tenure, meaning higher salaries and PTO accrual.

Working from home, decent paycheck

Company is highly unethical and moraly corrupt. No matter what you bring to the table you will mean NOTHING to them, Management , Supervision not qualified to manage, make up everything day to day, rules change to benefit them even if blatantly wrong, cliques, uncertainty, no stability, no transparency ever, will lie right to your face. Layoff after laoff of groups of 10;s to hundreds without notice for no reason, extreme metric driven to the point of absurdity
