Pros

Teammates were awesome & I learned a lot about Medicare supplement plans. Most members were very nice on the phone.

Cons

Supervisors could be nice but others were just horrible. They only cared about getting you to become a robot. When you had to call escalation to get help with a question, they acted like you were a stupid idiot & annoyed that you were even bothering them to do their job. Pay was lower than industry standards & the back to back calls without even a millisecond break in between was enough to cause me to have a mental breakdown. Only offered 2 - 15 min breaks & 1/2 hr lunch break in a 9 hr day and all 3 breaks flew by with the blink of an eye. With the amount of stress we had to deal with, a 1 hr break would have really helped. Had to quit to save my sanity.

Pros

Work from home; starting pay

Cons

You will fully know what "micro-management" means after working this job. Impossible metrics. You are expected to work through your lunch and your break and after your shift. After taking account for all the overtime you are expected to work and don't get paid for, your "salary" is far less that what you thought. There is a reason most people don't stay with this company.
