Pros

They hire quickly. Can’t think of anything more. I hate it here

Cons

High turnover rate and very micromanaged. They monitor every single aspect of your workday and there is no work life balance. They treat inbound like a slave ship and will work they daylights out of you for every dollar you own. I have daily anxiety clocking in. There is no work like balance here. Beware

Pros

Direct Management is great and I love my job. We stay extremely busy throughout the year.

Cons

Upper management dictates what ratings can be given for year end reviews, They push that getting a 3 on a review is "great" yet in previous years they were giving higher ratings. Also, this past year the increase was below 2% when the National average is 3%. Increases are usually not up to par and that's taking into consideration that there has never been a market adjustment increase or any increase due to inflation.

Pros

Great team, decent, down to earth managers, flexibility, wfh

Cons

Garbage health ins, raises are meager, execs talk about record profits and then say sorry it was a rough year, can’t afford to give you more than a 1% raise
