Pros

Its a big company so theres options of where to go within the company. The telework aspect is nice too.

Cons

Going through a merger is rough, its been a lot of unknowns. Increased cost of benefits significantly, health insurance is really expensive, like triple the cost prior to the merger and has insufficient coverage which is really disappointing as this is an insurance company.

Pros

"I've experienced a pretty great work-life balance working here. The company truly respects personal time and encourages a healthy division between work and home life. Flexible working hours and the option for remote work have significantly reduced stress and improved my overall well-being. Management understands the importance of time off and actively supports employees in taking their full leave entitlements. The workload is reasonable, allowing for ample time to focus on personal interests and family without feeling overwhelmed. This balance has not only enhanced my productivity at work but has also positively impacted my personal life.

Cons

a notable downside is the limited opportunities for professional growth and advancement. The company has a relatively flat organizational structure, which means fewer chances for upward mobility. Training and development programs are sparse, and there isn't a clear pathway for career progression. This lack of growth opportunities can be demotivating, especially for ambitious individuals looking to advance their skills and position. Additionally, the company seems to be in a state of maintaining the status quo rather than actively pursuing innovation and expansion, which further limits the scope for professional development and challenging new experiences

Pros

They pay well and there are tons of opportunities to move around

Cons

They are constantly changing how things are done. The move people to other teams as restructuring all the time. There are lay offs pretty often 2 times for me personally and I would not go back there again.
