Pros

Remote work options in most technical positions

Cons

No work life balance most of the time. Not enough pay Not enough racial diversity Management is sporadic and vindictive Many RIFs and lay offs Horrible benefits No clear direction in many of the new roles as aquisitions are made from other comanies.

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, employer attributes to 401k

Cons

Those who you report to make you feel like you have some say in how things are done, but in reality - you're just a number to them. No room for your voice unless it aligns with the ELT.

Pros

Work from home. Nice co-workers.

Cons

This company keeps all your accrued vacation ( PTO) when you resign. They will also tell you that any approved vacation time is no longer approved, once you have tendered your resignation. This is a very disorganized company, who does not care about the customer or the employee. The bottom line for this company is the revenue cycle. Numerous reorganizations, unhappy employees, no communication the list goes on and on.
