      No pros at all, not the pay nor the benefits nor the people you work for or with.

      Cons

      Low pay, Lots of favoritism going on over there. You could work here for years and never get promoted even tho you are a great worker. There’s someone i started with who had a charge for something terrible and because his mother works there he got away with it and has been promoted TWICE since 2019 while people who’s been there for over 10 years have exhausted their efforts to be promoted and have even gave up on trying to be good workers.

      I like the consistency of the job. No micromanaging and I was able to hit the daily metrics in less than 8 hours.

      Cons

      Lack of hours during the summer which is the slow season.
