      Pros

      Decent pay and PTO Horrible insurance for a company that owns an insurance company-(UHC) This speaks of the company

      Cons

      A HC company with no mission/alue other than raising the stock value for the shareholders and paying hefty salaries and bonuses to the executives. They do not care for the patient nor their employees. The worst!

      Some of the coworkers are the best people I've ever met.

      Cons

      Toxic, manipulative environment. One of the worst places I've ever worked. You'll get tricked by management who will offer support and guidance in the beginning, but will never offer solutions to problems or take any action to change harmful policies. Staff are repeatedly put in harm's way. There's no financial compensation for tenure staff who are low on the totem pole. Some members of workplace are extremely homophobic and transphobic.
