      Helps build up Resume for better job elsewhere outside of company.

      Cons

      This company is a catch 22, they expect perfection without proper resources. This company is like the graveyard, they take all your energy and effort and you get very little to nothing in return. The raises and bonuses are a joke. BEWARE

      Micromanaging level 10. Mass layoffs with no warning. Left to work somewhere else. They bought the new company and turned a great place to work into a horrible place to work.

      Pros

      The only two pros with this company is their PTO and remote work availability.

      Cons

      They hire people outside the company for management roles and have no idea about anything we do. They have a call saying how the company did 3 BILLION in revenue last year but the next week eliminate lead positions within a team and getting rid of knowledgeable employees who’ve been in the company for 20+ years.
