      I had the best work experience of my life here when I was part of a team with high performing individuals and a leader that encouraged and enabled us.

      I also had the worst experience of my life here when I was part of a team with a toxic culture and a leader who made ethically questionable decisions.

      You get paid! You get benefits and you get PTO, if you were ever allowed to use it, that would be even better!

      Cons

      They micromanage you like a child. You have to move your mouse or tap your keyboard every minute or you go on the naughty list. They watch every move you make, even how long your screen is asleep on your breaks. Training? What training. They have a pharmacist reading one of the 50+ job aids to you during 5 weeks of training reassuring you over and over, you’ll get it! It’s a total joke and a waste of time. OptumRx is a company to RUN from!
