Spoke with their recruiter first. Next interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Next and final interview met hiring manager for coffee. He was very transparent regarding pros and cons. Ultimately, parted ways and received written offer two days later.

Cons

The biggest issue I’d hear from coworkers was the lack of support as it relates to navigating within Oracle. As long as you’re resourceful and willing to take the time to figure it out on your own, in my opinion, it’s a non-issue.
