Pros

Great pay and great opportunities for women and people of all nationalities. The people at Oracle are all very nice. Oracle's software and overall products are far superior to their competitors. You receive many perks while working at Oracle.

Cons

For sales roles, you will not receive targeted training specific to your role which means you are on your own in regard to figuring out what to say or write in the sales the presentations. Oracle is so big that getting a simple task done can be almost impossible bc either no one knows how to do it or everyone thinks it is someone else's job. Be prepared to compete against other sales reps inside of Oracle who are also allowed to sell your product. I am hoping that the majority of this has been fixed since Safra Katz took over.

Best benefits, great people if you are on the right team, smart colleagues, lots of resources avaialable.

Cons

HUGE company which can make getting things done burdensome. Must go through layers upon layers of bureaucracy to get approval for most things.

Cons

Constant change with new accounts every year and all of your hard work for the year gets passed to someone else at the new fiscal year.
