Pros

It was very transparent. The HR kept you updated with your status the whole time. The HR was also very approachable and understanding.

No cons as of the moment for the recruitment part. Everything went well and smooth as for the processes involved.

Many employee discounts, such as electronics, insurance, flights, hotels, flowers for the wife, free drinks, a decent amount of food catered every once in a while.

Cons

I hear that raises are few and far between and not very big.
