Cerner TPMs make less

Pros

Great managers, work life balance, and team culture, best of all is the incredible benefits that are the best and cheapest I have seen

Cons

Clunky internal tech makes it really hard to do our job. We have to slot work with other teams that should be within the TPMs work to speed up timing. We also get paid about $20k-$30K less that Oracle TPM. This is because Cerner was aquired and we have not seen a raise in 4 years
