Great opportunities, challenging environment

Pros

Highly dependent on your group and manager, as the organization as a whole didn't seem to have much focus on whole retention and satisfaction other than through money. That being said the treats for success are large, the opportunities are abundant, and sometimes you can get lucky with a highly people-oriented manager and have it all.

Cons

They're far from a market leader in the cloud space, management is only now getting on board with their best opportunities, and EVP level execs appear to be sociopaths or worse
