Pros

Access to online training to make you more marketable for other positions. Good benefits (healthcare, parental leave, life insurance). Good mentorship

Cons

Lack of stability. Difficulty getting access to online materials, portals, platforms, and equipment needed to do your job. Can take weeks to be able to fully add value because of disorganized lag time in getting you access to what you need. Lots of layoffs. No concern for value or productivity of an individual. They don't care about your ratings. They just lay off based on how much severance they would need to pay you. No real job security.
