It WAS great innovator technology company a while ago.. Leaders in DB, applications development and HA.

Cons

With so many acquisitions, can't see clear products or cloud services are offering a great features like old days. So many issues to collaborate with workers. Politics is crucial for a great promotion (ex. you could have a close friendship with sales to include you as great effort to a xx Millions guaranteed under license deal as key person, and funny that managers promotes you at!!!!)..
