Solid Company with Great Leadership, above averge benefits. Flexible work environment. Huge opportunity to grwo career and change Change career paths too.

Cons

Average compensation compared to other companies in the area. Too big and too many different products for upper management to deal with.

Pros

Stable environment. Shorter work hour than startup or others in the area. Nice Gym. Good to prepare for retirement.

Cons

No perks Bad compensation only if you are at the top. Your work or how much revenue your development division generates has nothing to do with raises or bonus. Don't care if people quits. As said before good to be there if you are "in" retirement. Not good if you want to do something great and being appreciated.
