Pros

Because of all the acquisitions, there is a strong "virtual" culture where many people work from home - this provides a lot of flexibility & freedom. Many talented architects & developers that it's a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Highly inflated middle management layer, leading to: - Talented developers/PM's leaving due to lack of growth opportunities. - Political infighting resulting in a lack of focus on the Customers 360 degree experience. - Lack of effective performance metrics down the management hierarchy leading to an inefficient culture where success is measured by the size of your org & the customers voice is drowned out among ubiquitous internal power struggles.
