Seriously there really is no pros with the amount of stress and micromanaging they do to you with the public and cameras.They always have openings for a reason. Look at there yelp score!

Cons

I wouldn’t do this job for a 100 an hour. The poor souls that have to do this day in and day out. They should make those in management drive the beach blvd route. They couldn’t hang. Constantly writing up these operators and there job is on pins and needles. Shame on you!
