Pros

Lots of room for growth, employee events, leadership goes out of their way to recognize good work (Safety catches, employee of the month/year, etc), rideshare incentives, and special performance pay for going above and beyond, hybrid schedule (remote work twice a week and 9/80)

Cons

Admin staff are at-will but it’s not a big deal as long as you do your job right. Plus leadership and HR really work hard on staff development. This is obvious based on the very low turnover rate.
