Pension plan, raise every 6 months, top pay at 48 months.

Cons

Very strict attendance policy, schedule based on seniority and not very good starting out. If you run late your breaks get absorbed. Split break schedules. Who ever works on scheduling needs to do a better job at making sure drivers get breaks!
