      Pros

      smart people. I felt reasonably taken care of.

      Cons

      smart people not used sustainably... the major rearchitecting Orbitz went through was tough on the technical team. Lots of attrition. Seemed like they were trying to get to a place where they wouldn't need as much top talent, so they made the calculation that they could put their current talent through the wringer.
