      Pros

      Good salary. OWW has a big and strong technology organization. Lots of challenges to enhance your professional growth. There are career opportunities within the organization. Schedule is very flexible. Very convenient location in downtown Chicago.

      Cons

      Too many managers. VPs don't know people in teams and what they are working on. Very rigid procedure for approving technical solutions.

      Pros

      Dynamic environment, creativity and innovations are valued highly, great company for people with strong emarketing and/or technical skills. Hours are reasonable and work-life balance is OK. Gay-friendly environment.

      Cons

      Online agencies severely impacted by economic conditions, some jobs are "dead end" (no room for advancement). Some senior staff member don't have enough relevant experience. Many senior leaders are intelligent but do not have good management skills.

      Pros

      The casual dress code; salaries are competitive, if you commute from the suburbs, their office is located in the Ogilivie Transportation Center.

      Cons

      The "every man for himself" culture, clique-ish environment, disconnect between all business units, seems like management is unreceptive to individual career issues, seems like mid-level managers are not given appropriate management training.
