      Great place to learn ecommerce and make a name for yourself

      Pros

      Orbitz is the best ecommerce name in the midwest. It's a fun place to work, and has a good number of smart, motivate people. They do a good job of rewarding performance, and a decent job of moving out underperformers. Work/life balance is great, pretty much 9-5.

      Cons

      Getting new features rolled out on the website is incredibly hard. Technology development moves at a snail's pace. Much of the top tech talent has left, which makes doing new, risky development very slow and laborious.
