Pros

I really love OrderAhead because of the people. The founders have done a great job of vetting all hires to make sure that they're motivated by the right things and in it for the right reasons. Management also fosters an environment that lets you see into every single part of the company which allows you to think big picture about what you should be optimizing for in your day-to-day.

Cons

Hours are long and people are held accountable so if responsibility/accountability isn't what you're looking for, you'll probably not be a good fit. If you don't want to be friends with your co-workers, you'll definitely hate it because it's an extremely tight-knit environment.
