Pros

The Company is beating competitors. The people are all smart, and not just in a resume kind of way, they're genuinely intelligent. Guest speakers from high ranking Silicon Valley posts speak frequently. I have a real impact in many facets of the business. The CEO is outstanding and very very approachable.

Cons

There is only 24 hours in the day.

- everyone is super nice - management is approachable - fun company events - opportunities to learn beyond your role - work on exciting problems

Cons

- goals are super aggressive and many times unreachable - this is the first job for many employees - more of a "work hard" culture compared to other start-ups

Everyone here is motivated, nice, and playing on the same team. The work is challenging, interesting, and worthwhile. OrderAhead knows how to have fun. I've been here a while, and seen a lot of excellent growth. OrderAhead continues to hire top-notch employees who are personally pleasant and professionally successful.

Cons

Some projects could be a little more focused and/or get out the door more quickly.
